Replacement Pole - due to Damage or Loss
The Pull Up Banner Stand is used regularly at marketing events and tradeshows and gets passed around quite a bit from hand to hand. The people who are responsible for setting up the stands at the beginning of the show may not be the same people responsible for keeping the stands at the end of the show.
Oftentimes, some bits and pieces from the display stands get misplaced or damaged in due process. This is common wear and tear from frequent usage. You can easily approach your display supplier where you purchased your printed items from to purchase parts such as a replacement pole, carrying bag or associated parts.
Checking for Compatibility
Without getting a replacement pole, you wouldn't be able to use your banner stand again for future events. If you did not originally obtain the banner stand from us, we will have to ensure that the replacement pole we provide you with is compatible with your banner stand. In this case, we recommend that you bring your banner stand over to our office so we can test and confirm for you that the replacement pole fits and is the correct size and height for your banner stand.
Fitting the Pole into the Groove
Ensure that the bottom part of the pole is correctly slotted into the groove. Some customers miss out this part, and when the pole is not fitted into the groove (as shown in the photo above), you might find that the pull up stand might lean forward. It's also important to ensure that the legs are folded out as well, so the banner will be more stable.
Poles for Different Widths of Stands
The smaller pull up stands with widths of 60cm - 100cm require only 1 pole to support it and keep it standing. The larger pull up stands with widths of 120cm - 150cm require 2 poles to support it and keep it standing.
