Plan your use of space at the exhibition
When you are planning the use of space at the exhibition, consider how you can put your marketing collaterals and tradeshow displays neatly in your booth or space, while at the same time, maximising the visibility of these display stands and items.
Will you have a backdrop such as the Pop Up Stand? Usually, the Pop Up Stand fits neatly into a 3m x 3m standard exhibition booth. It fills up the booth nicely as a backdrop, and you should design the Pop Up Stand such that your company name and logo is easily seen from afar. This also helps when you are taking photos with customers and visitors and makes for great memories.
Where will you place posters and pull up stands? Will they be flanking your booth? Where do you foresee the flow of visitors to come from? Have your display items facing visitors and visible. Are they designed functionally to grab attention and quickly inform visitors about your company, its unique propositions and benefits?
Where will you place your literature, brochures and flyers? Are they just stacked on a table? Or neatly arranged on a brochure stand? Where can you stow away your boxes and packaging for your display items? All these require some thinking through, so that when the show is underway, you have a neat space that’s strong in visibility and designed to impress.
